Processing & Shipping Times

• All physical items are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order.
• We use a network of carriers—including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL—to choose the best option for your location and product type.
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected carrier.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable, even in the event of a return.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund of the physical portion of the product.
• If the product is part digital and part physical, your refund will be prorated for the physical component only.
• Once the order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation (see Return & Refund Policy for further options).
